Skilled Nursing
We strive to provide compassionate and trained staff to meet our residents’ individual needs. Our nurses provide 24-hour care to our skilled nursing, sub-acute, and respiratory residents. We are here to accommodate and support our residents and their families.
Sub-Acute Care
We seek to maximize the quality of life of our residents and offer them specialized restorative services. We strive to maintain or improve each resident’s highest functional ability. Our experienced team will provide inhalation therapy, tracheotomy care, intravenous tube feedings, respiratory therapy, and complex wound management.
Dietary Program
Our dietary program is designed to meet the dietary and physician-ordered needs of each resident in our care. We prepare delicious, well-balanced meals and regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian.
Physical Therapy
Our experienced therapist will work with you to strengthen your lower body and balance to facilitate secure mobility.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy will focus on functional mobility and strengthening both upper and lower body extremities.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapist will assess speech and swallowing difficulties and plan appropriate treatments to help you thrive.
Custom Activities
We strive to keep you as active as you can be by providing gentle, structured daily activities customized to meet you unique individual needs.
